Equalize your monthly bill by paying the same amount each month. Budget accounts are recalculated annually. Budget billing is available to members who have been at the same location for at least 12 months. Here’s how it works.
Fixed budget billing allows the member to pay the same amount for 11 months. On the 12th month, the account is billed or credited for the accumulated budget balance difference that has developed over the 12-month period. The fixed amount is based on the electric account’s use revenue for the previous 12 months.*
