Automatic Payment Options
• Automatic withdrawal from your bank account
• Automatic Payment on Power Plus Credit Card
To sign up for either of these options, simply download the form and submit it to our office.
The automatic payment plan withdraws the amount you owe electronically from your account once each month. The transaction will not take place until you have had time to review your bill. The bill you will receive will have “BANK DRAFT DO NOT PAY” printed on it. You can also use the automatic payment plan with a credit card. If you are interested in an automatic payment plan, please contact our office and ask for an application.
Fixed Budget Billing
Fixed Budget Billing is available to customers with at least one year of service on Whitewater Valley REMC lines. The program will keep your monthly bills at approximately the same level throughout the year. If you would have excessively hot or cold months, then extra kilowatt hours may be used and you could have to pay the difference in the settlement month. After settlement, you may have a balance or you may receive a refund.
